Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's an interesting opportunity to get to know a place and a culture from the roots. Nowadays hotels are quite similar all around the world, so it makes not difference to be in a hotel in China or in the USA. On the contrary, staying with the locals guarantees that you'll have an experience you'll never forget... it's the best way of really knowing a new place/culture!

I love latin music, deep movies (with a good plot behind, not Hollywood blockbusters) and novel/poetry books. My favourite authors are Gabriel García Márquez, Julio Cortázar, Ernesto Sábato, Manuel Mujica Lainez, etc.
