Overview
About Me
I have travelled on a regular basis for the past ten years. In 2018, I made one of the best decisions in my life, I quit my pharmacist job to travel around the world.
Yes each country or culture is unique and there are always beautiful places and nice people wherever you go, but I particularly enjoy non common destinations as they have surprised me in every single way from my previous trips and I am not stopping. I seriously find local culture interesting, food, traditons, view on issues, history, even what people do after work, what they eat, everything. I don't want to travel just because I want to jump from one beautiful beach to another (I do enjoy them occasionally!).

I believe in taking risks (AFTER research and careful considerations, I am not talking about doing stupid things...) and trying new things. I want to try everything that I want to, rather than live a standard life just like another piece of paper coming out of a photocopier.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I used to do hostels before, which was fun, but couch surfing is just a whole new level, it just lets you meet so many different kinds of people and I genuinely can't think of a better way to learn about the local culture!

Music, Movies, and Books
I genuinely think all music is good music, it just depends on what you like (and your mood), and I like them all. Not joking, ALL. Rnb, EDM, trap, dubstep, classical, country...etc you name it I like it.
I particularly enjoyed reading on inspirational and smart thinking. And of course I read novels too.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have two actually...
Made the best decision in my life that I decided to quit my job to travel around the world!
I have done volunteering work in refugee camps as a medical and non medical volunteer. This experience shocked me to a level that I couldn't imagine and has changed the way I see a lot of things. Which is why Iam planning to join Doctors Without Borders in the near future.
Teach, Learn, Share
......if you are really into these then I can tell you how drugs work and how to use them...(you want to stop reading the rest now don't you...) and maybe teach you to play badminton, where I played at county level previously before I stopped due to injuries.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share with you my previous travel experiences (if you are interested...) and also local culture of the UK and Hong Kong where I lived before.
I can be around people or completely self sufficient. If you have time to (or want to...) hang out with me that's great but if you got other stuff to attend to then I am more than happy to look after myself.
