Hi! My name is Max)

I have studied in Sweden for my bachelor degree as an exchange student and did my masters' degree in Gothenburg. Then I went on a classical financial student path and worked at KPMG for a while. Then I had to go to serve in the Russian army, which is quite an interesting experience( ask me about that, when you host- I can talk hours about that or summarize in 3 sentences).
After some years I turned out in the data science community and currently work as a data scientist in the largest retail company in Russia.

Although my work involves working on my own and being reserved, I am eager for human interaction and communication.
I like to search for this feeling of life, when I come to a new country or interact with different culture, so couch surfing is a perfect opportunity to get this experience.

I am not smoking, not drinking and turned to be vegan and raw vegan during summer months, so I have plenty of experience about food and how you can switch eating preferences in general.

Lastly, but no the least is that I do BJJ (Brazilian jiu-jitsu) and play drums. These are special areas in my life. BJJ incorporates the mind and body and I just became a better person and understood my body better. Drumming is the thing I have been dreaming about since 13 years old when I was watching Joey Jordison ( from Slipknot) doing his incredible drumming. If you share these - we are soulmates forever!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Find the feeling of life, when you meet other people, getting to know how they are living and what is important for them in life.
I see traveling as a meditation practice. when you are on the buss- you watch the road passing by, when you are in the airport you see people energy.
Exploring places and people results in exploring yourself.
