ABOUT ME

The past couple of years have been so much like a lucid dream that I cant believe its all real.
I left my home in Nj at 19 and ended up buying a house in Savannah GA. For the first 2 years of being a new home owner I could barely stay in town. I traveled to Aruba, California, back to the Tri-State, and everywhere in between. I Traveled with a band, Ive traveled for work, and by myself for the thrill of adventure. Then the universe did something unimaginably beautiful by bringing me to the Hostel in the Forest in Brunswick GA where I fell in love with myself, the world, the heart and the mind. I also met my Love and soul sister there because the Hostel is just magical like that. It showed me life minus all of the cluttered thoughts that we tend to create, almost in a nervous habit sort of way, when were enveloped in the victimization of life.

Anyway, we started a beautiful thing at my house in Savannah after that. Creating a garden, getting chickens, and creating a space where people can be themselves and be loved.

PHILOSOPHY

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been a host for collectively about 35 surfers over 2 years now and I love it. I love to show surfers my favorite spots around Savannah and make our guests feel like family from the beginning. We really do my best to make everyone feel comfortable to express who they are.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Some of my favorite hosting experiences;
-Taking a journey to the beach with one of our surfers was amazing.
-Having a surfer teach my niece and nephew how to make crepes and even teach them some French.
-Giving a trio from Boston the full fledged Savannah introduction in under 20 hrs. (Park, Dairy, River street, & midnight beach swim)
-Pulling an all-nighter with three wonderful surfers after our Halloween party and getting to the beach right at sunrise. There were dolphins everywhere and the sight was amazing. Afterwards we all passed out on the beach.

Interests

I have a passion for life and passions. I love music and always surround myself with musicians. I love the wilderness and enjoy getting away from anything that needs to be plugged in. I just feel like most people don't see the beauty that engulfs this planet and its unfortunate but its never too late to wake up. I love to discuss everything and love devil's advocate to test the strength of someones belief :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was sailing in the British Virgin Islands and we were out at sea at night, where you can see no land, and it was in the middle of a meteor shower.

I worked at a tree hostel in Brunswick, GA for a month and literally had the time of my life.

I ran a farm with 28 chickens, 8 muscovy ducks, 2 pot bellied pigs, 2 rabbits, and 30,000 bees.
