ABOUT ME

Hi, My name is Max, I live with my wife, Anita, and my cat, Hrothgar. We live in a little, 100 year old house in old down town of Oak Harbor on Whidbey Island. I'm really looking forward to meeting new travelers, and hoping to make some friends. I've lived here for about two years, and can show you some awesome spots to eat, hang out, and the beautiful places northern Washington has to offer. I am a HUGE music lover so if you play an instrument or sing.. expect some jamming to commence. I play guitar/slide guitar/banjo/harmonica and dabble on piano. I also LOVE the outdoors and I'm an avid trail runner.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted multiple times and have only surfed once. I plan to surf a lot more in the near future.
I have had such an awesome experience on couch surfing so far.. The idea of CS is so beautiful.
