ABOUT ME

I recently moved to the Phoenix area for work, after living in Manchester, UK; Minneapolis, MN; London, UK; and Tampa, FL.

I love to travel and I am usually gone at least one week a month for work or personal. I love movies with my favorite genres being suspense, action and comedy. True Grit was a wonderful combination of all three, but my favorite movies are Fracture and Layer Cake

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live everyday like it's your last. That is, if you were gone tomorrow, you'd have enjoyed today. Life is about experiences and learning about people, pushing limits, taking risks and trying new things. This life is too short to be stressed out about things outside of our control.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to participate in Couchsurfing by opening my home to guests and possibly doing some surfing myself. I like the idea of sharing experiences.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My couch surfing experience in Nice, France was a very interesting and exciting trip. I had a good time with the host. I have also hosted in Minneapolis at my old home and thought that was a good experience as well.

Interests

Running was a long time passion of mine. Now I am passionate about weight lifting and music. I also love to cook.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I love trying exotic foods, I've eaten cow brains with eggs, sea urchin, many types of sushi and sashimi, jelly fish, beef tripe, and bacon cupcakes.
