Science and history teacher from NYC and Colorado taking some time off to bike and sail.

ABOUT ME

I biked from Oregon to La Paz, Baja this fall (3000miles) and then crewed on a sailboat heading south. Now I'm looking to continue my adventure in the Caribbean. I graduated with a degree in philosophy and love science, politics and good conversation. Over the last 5 years, I've taught 11-18 year olds science and history in Denver and Harlem. Now I'm taking a year off to do some of the things I've always wanted to.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted but am now travelling. I hope to give back to the community when I am settled again at home, whenever that may be!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A couch can be the most comfortable place anywhere. Im a conscientious host when I am home. As a guest, I insist on dish duty and a meal cooked or out on me.
