ABOUT ME

Hi all,
When I have a moment this week, I need to update my profile... it's been a while.
But here are the basics:

I am a 27-year-old grad student studying neuropsychology.

I'm a Philly native, born and raised (i.e. I know this city (and the burbs) inside-out.
I have a car, so surfing can include trips beyond the city limits (and the R5).

I am a former travel journalist, turned journalism major, turned behavioral health/social psychology student). As is the case with any CSer, I love traveling (especially when there exists a good opportunity to "rough it,") writing about it (though I don't work for a paper these days), meeting new people, learning about anything and everything, and eating (lots) of new food.

I enjoy volunteering, hiking, swimming, exploring, fishing, social and cognitive psychology singing, making/watching films, writing, extreme sports ( sky diving, bungee jumping, etc...), eating and cooking (I used to manage an international spice shop so the culinary arts are very near and dear), etc... etc... etc....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have travelled to Cuba, Russia, USA (Alaska, Maine and New Orleans being highlights), Germany, Austrailia, Jamaica, India, China and Africa.
