My wife and I have two small children, a 3yo girl and 1yo boy (as of Sept 2016)

In the past my wife and I did a year and a half roadtrip, during which we couchsurfed only twice toward the end and loved it - we ultimately wish we'd done it much more. We got pregnant, so kinda had to settle down somewhere, and chose Pittsburgh (where we've lived for just over 4 years now.) Now that we have kids our free spirit travel days are somewhat over (or at least more difficult), but we try to connect as much as we can, and definitely still travel a LOT (although it's mostly driven by business trips these days)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

As of the later part of 2016, we're trying to decide on a new city to move to. We're couchsurfing in an attempt to connect with locals and experience what these cities are like from real people in real houses in real neighborhoods, rather than from a hotel room.

We'd love to host some time. We only have a nice queensize blow-up mattress and an ikea couch in a small apartment with a baby and toddler - but if you're down drop us a request!

These days we're pretty much laid back boring parents. I'm self employed and travel a lot for work, often times taking the whole family with me which is great!
