Overview
About Me
An outgoing introvert who loves building and nurturing communities and recharges by having “me” time.
On sabbatical and taking this time to wander and explore - explore the world and do some self-exploration. I love to travel, and I find that traveling to new places shakes me out of my comfort zone and gives me opportunities to learn and grow. I’m hoping to make hiking and exploring the outdoors a major part of my time off.
I’m a storyteller by training and love hearing people’s stories and histories of wherever I’m traveling. I enjoy running whenever I’m in a new part of the world to explore it from a different perspective.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Hoping to meet and connect with locals and fellow travelers to learn more about where I’m visiting, receive recommendations and to make new friends, whether that’s a friendship that spans a couple of days or many years.
I’ve been awed by the kindness and generosity of the majority of people on this app and it brings me hope that the world will can remain a welcoming place for all human beings.

What I Can Share with Hosts
Being welcomed into someone’s home is an honor and it’s important for me to be a respectful guest.
