Overview
About Me
I'm friendly, spontaneous and a little bit crazy but I also know the best spots to get great food, listen to goood music and generally have a great time, in Singapore.
A big movie, music, food and beginner yoga buff, I write feature articles for magazines and other online publications in my spare time. I'm finishing up my last semester at University and am simultaneously pursuing an additional qualification in Film & Television Production. I love solo traveling but sometimes prefer it with at least one more person, especially for safety reasons. I've been to a lot of places but still feel like I've got so much more to see. It's almost as if I'm racing against time to see everything and then have time left over to see those places again.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to make more travel buddies, I want to meet more people. I love meeting new people and I can only hope that you're not a total creep - but that's a risk we take every single day in our interactions anyway. okay now i'm babbling.
Also, yeah, it would be neat to have someone offer their couch to me if I'm ever in need for one whilst traveling (and broke).

Music, Movies, and Books
There are a hundred at least.
I'll get to this some day.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've done a few amazing things - at least I think they are.
- Taught English and Cultural Education to orphans, kindergarten brats and military school boys in Novosibirsk, Siberia, Russia.
- Met the Dalai Lama
- Hiked up to Gurudongmar Lake, Sikkim - 18,000 feet above sea level
- Took bus rides between states in Mexico, all on my lonesome, with only about three phrases of Spanish in my lexicon
- Played violin at one of the largest concert halls in Singapore in 2010
- Met Zubin Mehta
okay this is definitely more than one.
Teach, Learn, Share
I feel like I'm meant to put in some highly inspirational quote or life lesson but, yeah, no.
