Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love to meet new people and hear about where they've been, what they've seen and done. I have a comfortable couch, so I'm happy to host when I can, and I hope the favor will be returned when I'm on the road! (and it has been - so many times!)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
In NYC we hosted a lovely couple from Portugal once, and a woman from Brussels working for the UN. That was my introduction to CS and then my sister and I stayed with amazing, spirited, generous people across the US on our Trans Am bike tour! (Adam, we love you!). In Bellingham we had several CSers over the years. A good time was a group of cyclists who camped in the yard/garage (cyclists everywhere!) and they took my sister and I out to a big dinner at Boundary Bay brewery as the kick off event to their tour =)
