ABOUT ME

Harrison: My name is Harrison. I am 20 years old and i am a 3rd year Aerospace engineering student at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California. I hope to someday work on atmospheric re-entry vehicles, or hypersonic aircraft, or both. I have never been outside of the United States or Canada, but I intend to change that over the rest of my life. I am really interested in ancient cultures, especially the architecture and mechanics of ancient civilizations. I love to play sports, and almost all of my favorite sports involve the water. Swimming, water polo, surfing, skiing, wake boarding are all things i love doing. I'm also a big fan of playing soccer, rugby and ultimate frisbee, and I have recently started mountain biking. Apart from sports, I spend most of my time working on cars. I also enjoy building model airplanes and my dad and I are beginning to work on a seaplane model so we can fly it when we go water skiing. I also really enjoy music and i play the guitar and used to play the saxophone.

Maya: Hey hey, I'm Maya. I am currently 20 years old and a 3rd year student at Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo, California. I am currently an international business major, but my goal is to get a master's degree in Higher Education/Student Affairs and work on a campus abroad. I spend my free time enjoying the beautiful weather that central California has to offer. I also love watching funny baby and animal videos on youtube. I love to laugh... a lot. Oh, I love to cook and bake and I am always looking for new recipes. Traveling is my life's goal. I am so interesting in people and how they live and experience the world.

US: We met in 2009 when we worked together as Resident Advisors at Cal Poly. We began dating the next summer in 2010 after working together all year. We spent most of the summer water skiing and cooking for our families because our homes away from school are very close. We enjoy watching movies together and TV shows. We also enjoy running around the town of San Luis Obispo for exercise and we also like to cook meals together from recipes we find. We love to laugh and explore.

We are completely new to couch surfing, but we are really excited to meet new people and travel the world couch by couch.

We wish we could host, but we are currently students and couchless. :(
