Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

While travelling you can get to taste the culture of the country, being a part of it, exploring but observing. Everyone could find touristic attractions from the map you get from the tourist office but not every foreigner can find the secret streets covered with ivy that leads to abandoned theatre where art students make their performances, practising on the stage....
Everyone could follow the slogan on the main square that invites you to have the best traditional food in the city. But not every guide can cook it or take you to a cosy non-touristic place with reasonable prices where there is more food than the plate.

I am interested in learning. For that I need to find my own way to learn so it ms it easier for me. The whole process is more important than reaching the destination.
