My name is Angel Marckwordt:

What I do does not define who I am...it only serves to enhance my artistic soul.

I am Guatemalan/German and served in the United States Marine Corps 2nd Battalion, 4th Marine Division also known as "Magnificent Bastards" with MOS 0311 infantry. I am an M16-A2 service rifle and M249 SAW heavy support machine gun expert.

In my more creative work, I have given back to my community as a professor of Visual Effects for Film and Video Game Development at various prominent and prestigious universities nationwide such as The Art Institute and The Academy of Art University in San Francisco, University of California at Berkeley, (UCBerkeley) University of Los Angeles, (UCLA) and Villanova University in Philadelphia. These experiences have been soul expanding for me, and to this day I still get emails from my former students. In other words, the time I spent teaching has been extremely rewarding to me.

In the world of international business, I have met very important individuals and I am a member of the Exclusive High Royal Society. A network of distinguished high powered level individuals from around the world.

I enjoy skydiving, lucid dreaming, Body, Mind, and Spirit development and strategic finance. I have latin blood running through my veins and I am a very passionate individual.

The last project I worked for was with a scientist team in charge of technology development, this technology is on the research and development phase right now, and it will revolutionize the way our world works...Because of contracts signed, Unfortunately that is all I can say about it for now.

I possess hard core work ethics; I enjoy world level finance, strategic partnership and solid professional business relationships. As well as project development and capital raising for disruptive technologies.(Non-transitional)

One of my five year goals is to create a Video Game Development and Film VFX Studios under one roof called SKYROCK FILMS and SKYROCK Productions.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

30 random facts about me:

1. I always have a great joyous outlook on life, regardless of the situation; for I am grateful to be alive

2. The bedrock of my personality is Honor, Courage, and Commitment

3. I possess a free and adventurous spirit; I love contrast, interesting people fill my soul up. I love to travel, laugh, and wish sometimes I could cry

4. When I was 16 years old my Mom had a massive heart attack and passed away in my arms, this experience shaped my actions for many years to come. Including, my inability to cry. :(

5. I am Mayan and was born in the most beautiful lake in the world called Lago de Atitlán located in Sololá, Guatemala, Central America in 1971 and moved to Los Angeles in 1989 by myself to live with my aunt.

6. I am not afraid to show my emotions, I love to make people laugh, I am caring, romantic, thoughtful and have learned the value of loyalty through experience

7. I place a great deal of attention to detail on the things I enjoy most. I am a visual artist, enjoy my body and all of my senses, I love to cook (in fact, I am cooking some Yummy food right now)

8. I was my parent's guinea pig experiment. The FIRST of five boys, no sisters.

9. On October 15, 1995 at 10:28AM my ex-wife Lori Ann (she was already attending UCBerkeley at the time) and I, put my bedroom in the car and made the move to the Bay Area with the goal of attending my dream school. The Academy of Art University in San Francisco (Later I taught there, full circle!)

10. One day, when I was 24 years old I woke up freaked out that I had not yet accomplished many of my childhood dreams and that I was growing up too fast... i.e. Become a United States Marine, a Billionaire, an Astronaut, go to Mars... etc. (Yes, you can laugh...) That day I met with several recruiters, ARMY, NAVY, AIR FORCE, COAST GUARD. I asked them not to call me, that I would call them. The next day I met with a United States Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant and recruiter for the USMC. After a five minute conversation and following a pre-NASA astronaut tradition I picked up a pen and said... "Sir, you represent the values of the person I want to become." He was clearly not expecting I would say that... Next, I looked him in the eye and said to him, "I want to become a United States Marine, where do I sign?"

11. After five years together and one year in the Corps (Military life is way tough)... my lovely ex-wife and I grew apart, got a divorce in 1999

12. I lived in San Francisco for 12 glorious years

13. I LOVE WOMEN, but men sometimes hit on me too. (Yikes! a big no-no.)

14. Experience has taught me to enjoy everything there is about life! When I am in a relationship I give myself fully 100%, for I don't know how long it will last. To me, a relationship is about FUN, spending time giving one another, (I AM a giver.) It is about making the choice to wake up next to that person every single morning. And if it is not fun, fun for me. I move on.

15. The last relationship I was in, broke my heart in a trillion pieces, I am happy that happened because It reminded me of the childhood dreams I had almost already forgotten.

16. I have lost friends in Afghanistan and Iraq, I raise a toast to them on my birthday and on the USMC's birthday every November 10th

17. I know the TRUE value of life, freedom, peace, and would give my life for this wonderful nation (which has given me so much) on a moment's notice

18. I possess the gift and ability to make friends fast, I enjoy having a positive influence in the lives of people I meet, teaching young minds and seeing the fruits of that power develop in them

20. I had never been in love; not until three years ago when I fell in love with a ghost in the flesh... (Long, long story) who brought out the very best in me, rescuing my heart, my mind, my soul. The experience taught me to believe in myself and the power of eternal boundless, unconditional love

21. I no longer believe in exchanging my precious time for money, for three years I have been working on building a network of high profile individuals towards living the 4 hour work week and loving it

I am a very fast learner, a passionate person, I love technology and was an instrumental component in putting resources together for the next shift in technological advancements which deal with communications at the speed of light. I may not be credited for my contribution, but I did not do it for me, I did it for human kind as a whole. A new era of Integrity and Honorable Ethics will begin with the implementation of this new technology. 23. My favorite colors are: Blue, Purple, White, Black. A few months ago I found a gorgeous Meteor off of the Lost Coast, Northern California. My favorite Stones are: Diamonds, Rubies, Emeralds. My favorite Animals: Dogs, Cats, Horses, Eagles, Dolphins. I love to lucid dream, exploring higher states of consciousness, oil paint, skydive, hike, run, swim, p90x

24. As a child I grew up near the Sierra Madre Mountains with four enormous Volcanoes in front of my house, one of them with an active river of lava. (I cannot live in flat land) I am healthy as a horse and do not have any known allergies, once I was stung by honey bees 17 times at once (Remember the end of Rocky 1?) Yeah, I looked like that. (Heavy Italian Accent) "AaaaDdriaaaaan... it hurts like a mother and a half!" Ouchy is right! Haha

25. I do not watch TV or listen to the radio (I think I know something about that you probably don't) But, I love movies...

27. My first girlfriend Anabella was six years older than me, I was 9 hehehe

28. My goals for 2011 move to New York, London, Zurich... Future Goals own a jet, learn to fly it. Become a Thousandneer, a Millionaire, a Billionaire... create a company and do research with my cousin Mario (The nuclear physicist) on speed of light technology (Photonic pulse) to go to Mars.

29. Oh, and-a' about that yummy food I was just cooking? Hahaha my friends are going for 3rds and 4ths... I am going for seconds. ;)
