I am born and brought up in Delhi, India and my wife Kanchan is born in Rajasthan and brought up in Madhya Pradesh, India. We are married for over 5 years now. We are recently blessed with twin boys who are now 3.5 year. Together we love to experience new cultures, travel offbeat locations, hop on a bus and go for short trips on hill stations for weekends and organise house parties regularly. I would really want to someday plan a year long road trip on a campervan.

I have come to realise that I have super human abilities to be calm, patient and be a good listener :). I am less serious than I come across and more child like in my actions. My wife Kanchan usually makes up for my silent presence with her humour and ability to pick up conversation with anyone on any topic. She's apparently more famous in my friend circle than me now :-/.

I work with Disney+ Hotstar and my wife is a homemaker. She was earlier a designer and owned a boutique for Indian clothes. I have been a social entrepreneur in the past and in my part time i teach kids from under privilidged background daily in the evening.

We are always intrigued and interested to learn from experiences of people from different cultures on how they travel, their values, culture etc and this is what we are really looking forward to gain from this couch surfing experience.

Couch surfing seems like an excellent opportunity to experience the city like a local and make new friends. This is the first time I am using couch surfing and have spent several hours reading reviews of travellers. I am sure to like it!

Venturing onto an entrepreneurial journey with "Haqdarshak", lots and lots of mountain hiking, bungee jumping on Bloukrans Bridge (world's highest commercial bridge bungee at 216 metres), Safari in Krugar National Park and marrying my wife Kanchan.
