ABOUT ME

I have spent all of my life so far immersed in school, always being goal-orientated to succeed in school while nothing else really mattered...All that changed just a few months ago.
I realized that there was nothing more I wanted to do than to travel the world. Get out of school and immerse myself into different cultures. See the world!

PHILOSOPHY

Living to the fullest potential:
“I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover I had not lived.” -Henry David Thoreau

Knowing people:
People are so much more than they seem. I love getting to know a person. If we get along, we have the potential to have so much fun.

Conserving:
The earth is not ours, it's something we borrow and it's too beautiful to destroy.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have decided to study abroad in Australia and travel in any of my spare time. Hopefully I can start my couch surfing experience there, but for right now I enjoy going to local couch surfing events.

Meeting new people and making new friends is fun and memorable and a great way for me participate for now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have yet to couch-surf, but I am more than excited to try out this new experience. I hope to be an expert one day with e book full of memories and stories.

Intereses

I LOVE eating! ..and trying new things. I am open to many things and I actually enjoy trying things outside my comfort zone.

-Grand Canyon: It's hard to think that over millions of years, a river eroded rock and earth into the deepest and widest canyons. A great adventure to walk up!
-Mt. Everest: Wasn't able to climb, but saw it's beauty from the air; No less unfathomably beautiful.

of The New 7 Wonders of the World:
-The Roman Colosseum, Italy: Though it doesn't sound possible, history literally radiates from the stones of the Colosseum.
-The Taj Mahal, India: The most graceful proof that mankind is more than what we seem.

Being in India: Traveling India was the most humbling experience I have ever had and I will never forget where my people came from. The culture there is strong and so unique.

My dream is not just to travel the world, but meet people from all over. I want to make friends that can teach me something that could never come from a book. I want to learn, explore, and experience and I know only Couch Surfers could help me on my momentous dream and goal.

I only hope that one day I can find a way to give back.
