About Me

I like to travel, learn languages, and try new things. I somewhat recently graduated from the University of Toronto with a major in East Asian studies and a double minor in Spanish and Biology.

I currently reside in Baltimore where I am taking an urban farming course and work in the food-service industry as well as bicycle mechanic apprentice.

I'd like to think that I am an easy-going person and my thoughts and actions are sound and genuine..

Ya tell me what ya think.

I am a Canadian citizen but my Japanese mother and I are have lived in the US for a number of years and are embarking on a 3 week Canadian road trip.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have yet to host but I plan to repay the hospitality one day when I have a place to call home.

So far I've surfed in Chicago, Colorado, Detroit, Montreal and in Osaka where I had amazing experiences with lovely, generous people.

Interests

I'm addicted to scoping out the weird and unusual happenstances in the world. I love to eat and I love to cook and have been into fermenting things including beer. I'm a fairly active and outdoorsy person. I spent a lot of my free time working in my nearby community garden, hiking, camping, and going to the beach.
