Hello, I'm Mayuka from Japan.
I'm studying English so that I can work using English someday!
I've been to Canada three times before. My first visit to Canada was for doing homestay and volunteer in Vancouver. Second was for trip to Vancouver, Vancouver Island, Banff and Rockies, and Calgary. And Third was for working holiday in Alberta and BC, I stayed at 3 farms as a wwoofer and took care of vegetables, fruits and animals in beautiful nature. I was so lucky that I could meet and stay at great families. I've already visited 2 of the families I'd stayed at again :)
And this time, I decided to go to east side of Canada! It’s my first time to visit east Canada and I want to look around Ottawa, Montreal, and PEI, meeting local people and travelers and learning from them.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I’m interested in culture and how local people live there. I would rather experience life there with local people than only visit as a tourist. And that’s why I chose homestay as a way of staying for my first and third visit to Canada and I’m on couchsurfing! I’m looking for both someone who would let me stay at their house, and who cannot accept me but would look around the city or have a chat together. If you’re interested, I can teach you Japanese!
