Being is much more important than have. I love people.
I always had doubts about what I should study\work due to my taste for many, many things. I do not believe in signs, but I have some similarities to what they describe about mine, geminy.
I´m a communicative, dynamic person, I hate routine, and truly believe that the real buzz is from the inside out.
To be happy and be sufficient in solitude (although I love me pick up surrounded by people). Happiness is the journey not the end.
I consider myself a nerd, even if I was never outrageously well in school, but I always had a taste for calculus, physics, philosophy and the universe, (i´m gonna write more about my nerd side talking about movies, series and books) researchers and rational lovers fascinate me, teachers as well (perhaps because my mother a teacher).
I really enjoy talking to timid people, everything that is different from me attracts me... Do them open themselfs (or not), discover their mysteries... *.*
I'm an open book, I´m not afraid not afraid to talk about me, and I'm learning to love me and accept me more every day (this was really a problem when I was younger.
At the same time it is easy to get along with who is "open" like me, people who have the "defect" to follow the life trusting in people and smiling like if it was a gift to the beholder.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I 'm on Couchsurfing because of my passion for people (as I´ve tried to explain while writing about me).
I believe that no one needs to be only one thing in life, and one of the things I'm interested to become is pscanalist, or psychologist , or holistic therapist, no matter what title is, what matters is not to wait to graduate or expect to finish the courses i´m doing, anything, to start helping people, and get closer to people and to interact .
The interactions we have in this life are my most precious possession. Seek more of them, more people to love and miss... I believe we have a quota of "saudade" ((If you've never seen anything about this word and are interested , search for , it's beautiful! - similar to nostalgia, but different) allowed to experience a day , I use mine every day, always taking care to not overdo it.

Interests

Since new I was interested in religion, I have been to cults , sects and practices of all kinds . I´ve researched Western, Eastern, Celtic and indigenous religions . Logically, I respect whatever is the choice of each people, and I think some people need to follow a specific religion to meet thenselfs.
But I believe that everything comes from the inside out.
So meditate, I try to find myself to evolve day after day in the best possible way.
I am in constant work of self acceptance and acceptance of others . For me it´s easier to accept and forgive another person, people are flawed , that's a fact , and I am not better than anyone else, so it´s very difficult for anyone to make me really lose control or stress me ate the pont we lose contact, for example.
I consider myself quite tolerant . However, forgive myself is not ass easier, I made the choice , I had the option and still hurt myself or the others, with thoughts, words or actions. My real interest is become a better person.

Music, Movies, and Books

I Love reading, especially medieval romances , my favorite writer is the JRR Tolkien. Like his work so much that I have two tattoos inspired by the Lord of the Rings , one representing the evening star (the one that Arwen gives to Aragorn) and the other is the Elven leaf used by the Fellowship of the Ring, in the movies =P
I like epics Iliad and Odyssey, books which refer to history and political situations , and also books for "silly little girls" (like me) by Nicholas Sparks.
I am completely in love with movies, I spent a few years, especially in adolescence , doing nothing more than watching movies and go to class . Even documentaries do attract me (Sherman'sMarch , GreyGardense TiticutFollies ) for example. I think this is a subject to speak personally , but I will write some of my favorite movies just for the record : A Clockwork Orange , The fabulous destiny of Amelie Poulan , Elite Squad, my favorite directors are Pedro Almodovar and Quentin Tarantino (maybe a little cliché, but how does not like , all right?!).
Now music... First of all I just have loving relationships with musicians. WHAUHAUAHU... Jokes aside , music is a very important part of my life since I was born. My mother tells about the first music I´ve danced (and I still do) in the crib (Modern Love- David Bowie ) , the first song I sang ( Hey Jude - Beatles) , I grew up listening to Pink Floyd (my mom´s favorite band - I know, she is really something, isn´t she?), as a tennager I almost only heard rock and metal, but when I became a litlle bit older I began to admire the REAL GOOD music in general, like Brazilian Samba and Bossa Nova , Jazz, Blues, etc... Some of the bands I've always liked and I believe I always will: Led Zeppelin , Black Sabbath , Metallica, Blackmore Night's , Blind Guardian, Dream Theater *, The Cure... (Ipromesse i´m gonna right more, i´m just a little tired of writing).
