I own Sahaja Blessings Sanctuary, a small center that offers meditation, sacred movement and the healing arts. I was born in Scotland and from that am a gifted storytelling. This enriches my teachings. My spiritual background was the assistant to: Eckhart Tolle and Mooji-ji. I trained for four years with the Master Monks in Northern Thailand and became a monk for 4 years. This gave me the platform of offer my teachings in of heart conscious truth through sound, light and movement. For fun I ride a Harley Davidson, love to play in the here and now with sound and conscious presence. I have been an entrepreneur for 20 yrs. Lived in India, Brazil, Portugal, Bali, Cambodia and Thailand. Studied the ancient teachings. Now run Sahaja.

I was Eckhart Tolle's assistant and helped him develop his business systems so he could travel and grow to be who he is today. I learned from him every day and incorporate that into my work and life.

I own a spiritual retreat center called Sahaja Blessings. Mooji-ji came to visit me in 2006 and from that time we have been friends and offer spiritual guidance to each other and the world.

I have lived most all over the world. And I am still alive. Yes!
