Hello! I was born and brought up in the city of Pune, India. I have completed my masters in engineering and I am a software engineer by profession. I am a huge fan of reading, watching movies and playing football. I also love to enjoy beauty of nature let it be mountains, forests and of course the sea! :) I am interested in learning about different cultures in the world. I believe every person is special and unique and always has something to learn from. I am an IT engineer by profession. After working for a couple of years I decided to quit my job and do one program in Spain as a part of my Spanish language journey. So I lived in Spain for a couple of years. This gave me an opportunity to learn about new culture, to explore different places and much more!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me travelling is not just about visiting the place and come back and brag about how many countries you have visited! I feel it is much more than that. I would love to make friends all over the world! I believe human connection is much more important and superior than all other things like race, gender, religion, country and all! I would like to brake all these barriers and form pure lovely human connection with people all over the world! And I think couch surfing is definitely one of the best ways to do that!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:- I don't have one particular genre per say as favorite. It depends on the mood. :) For example I like music of Bollywood, western classical, sometimes pop and rap too when I am exercising!

Movies and books:- I could go on and on about it! So it's better to talk about this in person! ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess the decision to quit my software job and going to Spain to continue with my Spanish journey was quite amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

Since I am a software engineer by profession, I can teach you basics of coding. Just kidding! Who would want to do that instead of doing lots of other interesting things? But since I am from land of spiritual India, and also I am a fitness enthusiast I can definitely teach you some basics of Yoga which would definitely be good for your health if you practice regularly! Also if you are learning Spanish, I can give you a helping hand! If you are interested in football why not have a game together?

What I Can Share with Hosts

As I said before human connection is much more important than factors like gender, race, religion, country etc. I would definitely love to share my experiences and would love to hear yours! We can go together on a nice stroll or a lovely hike too! You can teach me how to make a local cuisine and I would be happy to teach you some simple Indian recipe and of course the chai (Tea)!!
