ABOUT ME

30-something-year-old woman currently living in central London. Being of mixed parentage and growing up in several different countries has given me an international outlook (or at least I like to think it has!) and my friends have always been a very international bunch. I think that is the most important part of my identity, in many ways. I studied Comparative Religion (though I´m not religious myself) and International Relations. I love Latin, African and other "world" music. I watch international, arthouse and cult films. I love to read - historical fiction, biographies, popular science are a few favourite genres. And most of all I love my friends, who are the cherry on the cake that is my life!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experience was with a couple in Switzerland, and it was great! I have surfed with quite a few wonderful people since then & look forward to being a host myself soon!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The most amazing thing I have done is probably travel around India for 14 months. I'm so glad I did it - it was the experience of a lifetime and absolutely made a woman out of me!!! I broke my leg in Dharamsala and made a TV commercial in Kolkata, amongst other things, and more importantly met many many wonderful (and occasionaly wierd!) people.
