About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Go everywhere, meet everyone, do everything, or at least have a really good time trying to.
ABOUT ME
Third of four kids from a lovely family in charming Northern California. I love music, art, good food, great people...and generally have a good time with just about anything. I LOVE traveling, especially meeting the people in the places I go, so CS is right up my alley. I also love languages and spend all my time studying them, though I think I will never be able to speak anything competently other than English.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is short and opportunities fly by. Live energetically, love passionately, be present in the moment.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Kill Bill, Fight Club, Spirited Away, Lord of the Rings, Hero, Evita, Forrest Gump, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Team America: World Police, Crash, Howl's moving Castle, Burnt by the Sun, East of Eden, Favorite Books:The Aeneid, Iliad, Odyssey, Hamlet, Catcher in the Rye, The Princess Bride, Gone With the Wind, Paradise Lost, Dorian Gray, Wuthering Heights, Fahrenheit 451, Harry Potter, The Double, Crime and Punishment, Brothers Karamazov, The Cossacks, War and Peace. Music: Revolverheld, Rihanna, folk music, Mika, Avenged Sevenfold...actually I really like just about anything. All I have to do is listen to it a few times and I'll find some merit in it. All time favorite musician has to be Mozart, though.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Watched the bridges rising at 1 am in St Petersburg during the white nights with someone I loved.
Learned chess from an 80-year-old Russian man on the 36-hour train ride from Petersburg to Sochi.
Made a bonfire and fed stray dogs by the Black Sea at 4 am.
Also, once I traveled all over Germany and tried to film several pilot episodes to a history/travel tv show with my best friend. Learned a lot, saw a lot, and generally made such a spectacle of myself that I met a lot of interesting people.
