I love listening to Latin American Music, Bongo as well as African Music. Rhythmical music aids me to calm my mind and acts as stress reliever at those times I feel overwhelmed by thoughts.

Watching movies and my favorite being Logan, Blindspot. Movies help me push along those lazy days I just want t relax and engage myself less. It is time to take a rest off the busy days.
