ABOUT ME

Hello there master of the almighty couch! My name is Melanie and this will be my first time leaving the United States (Wednesday). I prefer a suede couch, foam pillow, and a snuggy (color is negotiable). C'mon, it's my first time away from home!!! Only joking. :-) As I said, Wednesday will be my first step out of the US and in to England and so on... After graduating high school I went to college majoring in Mathematics with hopes to become a math teacher. Later this changed to chemistry with a new hope to go in to the pharmaceutical industry. That being said, I am a science/math nerd! :-) I enjoy going out for drinks or just sitting in a cafe with my reads. I have recently bought a camera and am super excited to get better at photography. Having spent the last four months in Alaska I have gotten a jump start by capturing the jaw-dropping scenery, but still need much more work!! I spent time hiking and exploring there in my free time so if your into nature extravaganzas then count me in! I don't expect you to feed me, but if you so desire I do not eat meat. I am not a vegan, just a vegetarian (no fish). Just to avoid the awkwardness of arriving to that steak dinner you probably had planned for me. ;-) I want to couch surf to meet new fun people to show me around (if time permits) or just give me some pointers as to where to go if you are too busy. I am an independent person and think I can read people and will not MAKE you hang out with me, but would love to if you can!
