HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Initially the curiosity pushed me to register and in april 2010 I hosted my first CS ;)
Since I'm still participating to city's meetings and I host people. I surfed abroad in Cyprus, China and India.

I like reading a lot, particularly when I am traveling. I prefer fictions & novels.
I like Alain Damasio, Dan Simmons, Orson Scott Card, Terry Pratchet, Robert Heinlein and many others ...

Movies
I have no interest watching TV. Since I'm in Versailles I have no TV and I'm still alive ;)
I like to go to the movies : whatever the topic is I go to the heart of the story. That's a way to escape after a hard day.

Music
I like all kind of music and enjoy festivals. I did the Sziget (Hungaria), the Benicassim (Spain), the Nature One (Deutchland), the Eurockéennes (France), the Solidays 200?-2010-2011 (France), the Bobital (France), Dour Festival (Belgium), ...

Travelling
* I enjoyed my travel throw Europe thanks to my precious interrail pass (www.interrailnet.com).
* Being bitten by leeches in Malaisia
* Did a flash mob : freezing 5 minutes (Amazing or stupid? ;) who cares?)

Eating/drinking
* I got a drink in a glass made of ice
* I eat slices of a brain, some tongues and spinal cord from unknown animals; also dog and scorpions.
* I put a casserole in a microwave

Sport
* I did a bungy jump from a bridge while I am dizzy.
* I participated to the Tough Guy contest in 2009 (www.toughguy.co.uk) - 3 hours of running/jumping ..., Paris/Vincennes 2011, the Frappadingue 2011 (www.opalextrem.com), the Strongman 2011, (www.strongmanrun.fr), the Saintélyon, the trail des Forges, ...
I ran the Paris Marathon 2012

Human sharing
* Nepal : I spend one month working as volunteer for a school : PJES (www.pjes.org)
* Cambodia : Working as a volunteer for Phare Ponleu Selpak , launching partnerships between DSF (French NGO) and orphanages and finding social business to be funded by CDI French NGO.

* Participating to many running events like the Ecotrail (50 km)
* Eyes surgery (But still wondering if I will do it)
