About Me

CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME

Generally speaking, I hate filling out profiles. I feel like there's no good way to electronically represent myself (I didn't have a facebook for years and years).

PHILOSOPHY

Everyone makes me laugh and it can get out of hand. I can find humor in really inappropriate situations because I refuse to take things seriously. I want to make other people laugh... but if they don't I will laugh for them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to host people in Roma, to show them around and help them understand (and help me understand) what's going on here. It's pretty interesting when you get away from the tourist circuit. I don't know the city like the back of my hand, sorry.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Paris was amazing. A guy hosted me in his attic apartment and it made the biggest impression on me, letting me use his tiny apartment. Since then I've hosted dozen(s?) because I really love it. Even if I don't have much to offer, I have no problem with giving it all up in exchange to getting to know someone. It's always worth it.

Interests

leather jackets, nutrition, mornings, bikes, hanging out without purpose, smoking, whiskey, Korean food, sarcasm, white jeans, talking, immaturity, animals, bad habits.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Thailand right after the protests/deaths occurred with the regime change. We landed in a kind of chaos and we were under a strict curfew--everyone was telling us not to go, but I HAD to go. It was the only chance I had and there was no way I was going to pass it up. It was worth seeing how Thais endured that situation, and seeing it all made me appreciate the country even more.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Bulgaria, Canada, Dominican Republic, France, Georgia, Germany, Guatemala, Hungary, Japan, Mexico, Serbia, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey

Countries I’ve Lived In

Bolivia, Italy, United States
