Overview
About Me
Honestly, I'm in a transition phase of life. I've travelled so much in the last three years that I'm almost craving stability and home. I haven't lived in one place for longer than 4 months in the last 5 years. It's been one part amazing, one part unstable. I'm currently shifting the way I travel and trying to get grounded a little more in each place. I like learning where the grocery stores are, and where yoga is, or mediation... maybe meeting the same people more than a few times. perhaps it's age, perhaps it's because I pushed travel a little too far, but right now I'm seeking more depth in a people and places instead of the never-ending change of scenery that travel often gives. I still enjoy that too though :)
Currently I'm trying to learn the stock market. Day-trading is my latest passion, I just need to stop losing money with it!
I enjoy meditation, yoga, climbing/bouldering, chess, meeting new people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've Couchsurfed in a lot of places, but the places don't matter. The people are who I remember. The most important people in my life are CSers, it's impossible to explain all of the experiences. With couch surfers I have experienced skydiving, love, marriage, beaches, mountains, hiking, divorce, best friends, tears, skinny-dipping, mental breakdowns, smiles, insane coincidences, etc.
Interests
I'm curious about everything and all types of people. I like being a little nervous after meeting new people, and then that smile afterwards when you feel a new connection with someone.
