I love politics, music, reading, learning and travelling. A vegetarian who loves cold beers, gender equality and collective nouns.

I haven't used couch surfing in years but when I lived in London, my flatmate Naomi and I had some amazing hosting experiences with some awesome people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am currently travelling in South East/South Asia and heading to Sri Lanka next. I would love to meet Colombo locals for a coffee/drink and for a tour around the highlights of their city!

Interests

MUSIC! Everything from classical, jazz, reggae, drum n bass, techno, blues...

Quite partial to drinks, dancing and staying up talking politics/music/experiences/pure shit. Not so good at going to bed.

My favourite films are The Departed, True Romance and In Bruge.
My favourite books are Love in the Time of Cholera, Half of a Yellow Sun, Rebecca, The Five People You Meet in Heaven' and The Poisonwood bible. I'm currently reading 'Half of a Yellow Sun'.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Machu Picchu, Peru at sunrise. Caves in Hpa-an, Myanmar. Carnaval in Brazil. Sunrise in the Caribbean Ocean on Christmas day morning in Cuba. An active volcano in the Danakil Depression, Ethiopia.
