ABOUT ME

Hi there,
We are 2 Australians traveling and working abroad for a year. We have only just begun surfing but have had an amazing time and met some cool people. The idea really appeals to us because we are sick of getting caught up with all the tourists seeing all the same old things. We really want to meet the people who live in each of the countries we travel to, which this is perfect for.

We are both non smokers

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are fairly new to this and are currently couch surfing in Europe. We are both easy going and love to sit down for a chat or go out and have fun with you. We are happy to share any skills etc e.g. cooking/playing guitar we have with you if you want. We have had a great time and plan to host when we get back to Australia.

We are always keen to leave the place clean and do the washing up or cooking etc

We like comedy movies, pretty much anything with Ben Stiller/ Will Ferrell. Also TV shows like The Simpsons & Family Guy.. We like a broad range of music, from Grinspoon & Unwritten Law to Jack Johnson & The Shins. Anything from the 80s too!

Swimming with sharks on the great barrier reef

Climbed inside the Pyramids of Giza
Swam in the Dead Sea

Teach, Learn, Share

Tom and I are both working health professionals (physiotherapist, pharmacist) and really love sharing some of our knowledge with people. Tom can play the guitar and I really love cooking. If interested, I could teach you how to make some Australian food. It would be amazing to also learn recipes for some of the local meals and be able to bring those back to Australia.
