ABOUT ME

I am very easily pleased and amused. It does not take much to make me happy.

I enjoy laughing, eating, and dancing like most people, but I am not a good dancer. I also enjoy living and breathing, which so far I am pretty good at. If you like any of these things then we have something in common and would most likely get along.

PHILOSOPHY

Take it easy and smile. I am at a point in my life where for the first time I do not know what I am going to do, and thought its a little scary it is also exciting.

I jokingly tell my friends to "be safe and have fun. But, if you you have to pick one- have fun." I do not regret the things I have done but those I did not do. I guess I have that fear of missing out.

Morally
I was raised on the golden rule: treat others the way you want to be treated. I try to adhere to that. There is also a saying that goes something like "leave the room better than you entered it." Room, however, extends to all things from a borrowed book to the world.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed a couple times. Thought it was fantastic and am trying to surf some more. Mainly I meet people for drinks. Since, I don't have a place to put up guest.

Music, Movies, and Books

I watch just about anything. Although a teenage Dutch girl laughed at me the last time I shared my favorite movie. I am not ashamed The Princess Bride is a great movie.

My favorite book is Dr. Seuss "The Foot Book" because its connection with my childhood. I was not a good reader when I was younger and before being able to play with friends I had to "read" a book out loud sometimes to my father. I memorized this one.

My favorite band is Dispatch. However, I listen to all types of music, jazz and classical music hold special places in my heart.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have a year of my life without a real plan. I did not know where I would be at the end of the week. To me that is pretty amazing. At the end of that year I managed to see over 20 countries.
