ABOUT ME

I'm into art; music, video and photography. like outdoor activities like hiking camping, swimming. I play guitar and ukelele (mostly well).

I enjoy working out and being healthy. I cook meals in advance as often as I can, but I am not a health nut and will absolutely order pizza or chinese when the urge hits.

I can also be pretty lazy though and have no problem binge watching a tv show all day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To help people who are traveling, build relationships, get to know people from different locations and walks of life, and to hopefully be able to travel more easily myself.

I couch-surfed once in Austin, Texas during South by Southwest Music and Film Festival and met some really nice people around my age. It was cool to be able to hang out with people like that and to experience the kindness of strangers.
I have not used it since then, but until I do, I hope to help others like myself.

I'm mostly into the rock, indie, alternative and trip hop music scenes, but I like listening to almost anything (besides country! I just can't get into it)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2010, I hiked several hundred miles across the USA without taking any rides.

I suppose I can't teach much, but I like to think i'm a well traveled and life experienced person. I enjoy good conversations about life, things and places.

There is not a whole lot to see near Ft Walton asides from bars, restaurants and the beach, but I would be glad to show you around if I'm able.
