Hi, I'm McKenzie. I reside in Southern California.
When I was kid my family would do overnight road trips to see extended family in Utah; stopping along the way to look at an interesting rock formation or even playing in the snow made me want to see more.
My first international trip was in 2014. I backpacked around Europe for 2 months with my sister.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's been my goal to travel the world ever since I can remember. However, we all know exploring isn't always the most affordable. I love that couch surfing allows me the ability to step out of my comfort zone and truly connect with someone I'd never typically be able to, to experience a different slice (I like pizza) of life.
