About Me
MY CURRENT MISSION...
Wow that word mission carries some sort of connotation with me. I guess "my mission" this year is to embrace the wander and dismiss the expectation. I like to experience the joy of seeing and trying things for the first time. I used to be cautious until I realized that shit is BORING. Take the risk, whats the worst that could happen?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to experience different cultures and meet new people. I'm a very open minded, free spirited, talkative and adventurous person. I hope with couchsurfing I will be able to meet new people and embrace the various ways that people live. I'm open to all sorts of new experiences and have recently decided to say "yes" to almost anything (as long as its legal) lol.
Interests
I'm really interested in learning new languages, meeting new people, reading, trying new foods and listening to music.
I love to go to concerts, music festivals, bars, dance clubs, coffee shops, museums (especially art), art galleries, and restaurants.
I enjoy nature whether that be hiking up mountains, lounging on the beach, swimming in mysterious lagoons, serving it up on the beach volleyball court, or riding my bike around neighborhoods.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have soo many different types of music genres that I love. I listen to certain genres depending on what mood I'm in or what activity I'm doing. Im really into surf rock and ambient types of electronic artists and some synth pop. I can get down to some 70s funk/ disco and 80s new wave.
My favorite books currently are the Alchemist and Siddhartha. I've started reading more often and embrace any suggestions especially those that transport us to other realms or paradigms of thinking/ philosophies.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
After graduating college last year, I traveled across the United States from Texas to Las Vegas to begin teaching high school seniors Personal Finance with Teach for America.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A great attitude, interesting conversations, attempts at baking delicious deserts (can try out Vegan), a clean house guest, and some rays of sunshine :)
And someone to go out with on the town (if they are into that sort of stuff)
