An old soul who enjoys spending time out in nature, playing music, and working with chidlren. I was born and raised in Juneau, AK and graduated from the University of Oregon with a BA in Journalism. After college, I spent a year in Cleveland, OH with Jesuit Volunteer Corps, hiked a section of the Appalachian Trail, and spent 3 months driving across the country, before settling in Oregon. I currently live in Portland and am in the process of getting my Masters in Elementary Education at Portland State.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love experiencing new places, meeting new people, eating delicious food, hearing people's stories, and having adventures. I have had wonderful experiences with CouchSurfing across the country.
