ABOUT ME

Relaxed and ready for anything! On a working holiday with my beautiful wife Katie and basing ourselves in London. I'm an aircraft maintenance engineer back home but working in a bar/hostel in London. My dream in life is to have a nice little shack near the beach and build guitars, so far i have built 2, and once back in Aus many many more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I thinks all people on CS have something in common before they even meet. The willingness to have people in their home or stay in someone’s home in a strange place often on their own! When I explain the concept of CS to some people they say I’m crazy!! But they don't seem to realise there is a world outside of the crap that comes out of our TVs, the world of good people with great stories to share and always something to learn from for yourself... From what I have seen so far I think these good people are Couchsurfers :)

So far Katie and I have had a wonderful time hosting and we are now looking forward to being on the other side of the couch surfing experience!

Interests

Love my music and try my best to make it... maybe one day I’ll be famous!! :P and living it up having fun blah blah balh. I'm keen to try almost anything (count out anything that could hurt me or others in any way) and seeing the world! Also love live music!
My new love is Rock Climbing, i have been climbing for about a 2 years now.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A friend and I cycled from Christchurch to Queenstown via Arthurs Pass and the west coast of NZ. I don't even own a bike so it was all new to me and at first hard on the legs but it has by far topped the list of my best travel experiences!
