About Me
Primary school teacher from Sutton (live in Croydon with some other room renters). Lots of likes, not many dislikes. Keeps a person happy =]
Football fan, like photography and art and beer, mostly vegan / vegetarian but not fussy.
Love to travel, film, music, food and trying new things!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
People learn from other people really well. If everyone knew what everyone else knew- there would be no problems. We could progress together. Evolve in the mind and move forward as a species. Non fiction
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Stayed with some great people in New Zealand and Chile. And met many more through couch surfing. Super fun community.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music - Cliched, but anything really.
Poetic stuff from Radiohead, classics from Bowie, classical from Vaughn Williams or Dvorak, dirty DnB with Andy C, Giles Peterson on BBC6 Music playing Jazz.
Basically anything that sounds good.
Film - Christopher Nolan, JJ Abrams, Wes Anderson - all dudes.
Books - (When I have time...) Cloud Atlas, Life of Pi, Secret Life of Plants, some David Icke stuff
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Rode a Minsk 1950s motorcyle up Vietnam? that was cool. Nha Trang to Vinh. South to North... Numerous breakdowns and dusty sweaty empty roads and cursing and joy and photo opportunities. I became a mechanic in that month. A mechanic that could laugh at his own unfortunate circumstances. Makes me want to have a bike now...but you can only get away with it in Nam.
Teach, Learn, Share
I know the Tai Chi Chuan Yang style- short form. I've taught it before if anyone was interested?
Always eager to learn more about other cultures and ways of life.
What I Can Share with Hosts
T'ai Chi. Traditional English roast dinner. Great chat and laughs! A philosophical debate. Primary school maths tuition.
