ABOUT ME
I am originally from Southern California but spent my University years in Boston. After my studies, I was fortunate enough to work with an NGO focused on facilitating a sense of peace within small communities in Bosnia. After a month of teaching English and helping to renovate a historic library, I returned to California with world travel on my mind. It would take another two years before I could travel oversees again, however the interim time was well spent as a behavioral therapist for children with autism. In early May 2010, I left home to join the United States Peace Corps in Romania. Over the past two years I have been living in a small village in the middle of Romania as an English teacher, exploring and traveling within the country and the region. Now that my initial contract has been completed, I have moved to the capital for a change of scenery and occupation. Although I am new to the city I hope to explore it over the next year and play host and tour guide to interested CS’ers. Travel well and numai bine- only well.
