About Me

According to my CV I'm a sound engineer and a media, event and theatre producer. But I'm also a musician, amateur photographer, something like a dressmaker... In short, I'm passionate about so many things (literally: SO many).

WHAT THINGS DO I LIKE?
I'm crazy about nature, fantasy, food (OMG food), people, cinema (in my own way), music, learning al kind of new stuff, some geeky things... And, yeah, crazy about travelling; although I haven't been able yet to travel to everywhere I'd like to (my must-visit list is endless...).

I like talking to people and listen to them (especially listen, you can learn a lot from almost everyone), but also value and enjoy silence. Not every silence is akward or unconfortable, sometimes is just the opposite.

MY TRAVEL PARTNER
I usually travel together with my boyfriend, Victor. About him I can tell you he is a marine biologist, and that he has traveled to Canada and Japan among other places (for which I hate him so much 'cause I haven't... yet T^T).

HOMETOWN
We both live in a tiny city in the North of Spain named Oviedo. Have you been here? If not, you totally should pay a visit to our region, Asturias; I'm 100% sure you'll love it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, currently I don't have a couch to offer and I'm (we're) about to travel this way for the first time, so I don't really have a couchsurfing experience on my account... YET.

But I know people who has been both hosts and guests in CS and they told me they had really great experiences, so why not join this? Besides, I believe that staying with locals is the best way to travel - you can share so many things!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think... the most amazing related-to-travel thing that ever happened to me was the moment when I realize that travel is not about knowing new places rather than living new experiences.

It changed everything!

Teach, Learn, Share

The best thing you can do is just chatting with the people you come across during your travels; the more different your cultures are, the better.

Everyone can teach you something and you always have something to teach to others, even if you don't think so. And, of course, I never lose the chance to learn some new words from other languages or join a jam session with people I don't know at all.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Besides a good chat for sharing interests, fun facts or experiences (or whatever), I can cook a thing or two, or maybe teach some Spanish or something about cinema, photography or music... or we can jam if you have some music instruments at home!

If you have some free time and you feel like it I'd love you to show me your city. It's so great to visit places through a local's view! And maybe you're eager to show someone your favourite places.

And don't worry, I promise taht both Victor and I know how to behave in someone else's place ;)
