Overview
About Me
I am a French guy with Portuguese and Italian descent, currently living in Tokyo with a working holiday visa.
I am working remotely as a web marketing consultant for Japanese and European companies. At the same time, I am trying to launch my startup here in Japan (so much fun ah ah... ah... :'( ), and I also work on a "travel blog" called Nipponrama (when I have time).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
- To meet people with different backgrounds. I think it is just the best way to grow and to be more and more open minded.
- To learn languages. I am currently learning Japanese.
- To have real local tips about the places I visit.
- To share awesome food and drinks (Yay!) -> That's the best part.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've quited a convenient job in France to live for a year 10 000 km away from my hometown in a country where I do not speak the national language: Japan. #CrazyGaijin
Teach, Learn, Share
- I can teach you how to eat frogs and snails. :)
- I traveled a lot in Europe, so if you plan to go there, I can give you great tips and out of the beaten track places to (absolutely) visit.
What I Can Share with Hosts
- Great moments (especially when food and drinks are nearby).
- My French accent, which make boring all languages I (try to) speak.
- My French humour... (Is it really a positive thing for hosts? Well... Let's say "maybe".)
