I grew up in a small town in Iowa and moved to Burlington, Vermont for school. After a semester abroad in New Zealand, I've learned a lot about traveling and the ups and downs with finding accommodations.

I am a travel writer and am always interested in expanding my portfolio. I currently work as a Travel Consultant for a tour operator and love seeing new places, experience new cultures, hike new mountains, and surf on new couches!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Love to meet new people and do a more unorthodox way of traveling. This August I am moving from Vermont to Los Angeles and will be looking for couches to surf during my journey!
