I grew up in Germany and moved to the US with my parents when I was 14. I went to high school and college in Boston. After college, I got a job with The Boston Globe, and now I am at a startup called Runkeeper.

I've always been loved to travel, but have never gotten around to couch surfing yet, so I want to try it out now!

I have a big bucket list and am hoping to see the aurora soon!

I am vegan because I've realized what kind of impact animal agriculture has on the environment and everyone on earth including me. ask me about it (I'm open to all opinions)

I want to meet local people when I travel and would also love to see travelers in Boston. A lot of cities are beautiful but what really makes the difference are the people living there! I like to travel when I can to experience new cultures and share the beauty of this world with others.
