ABOUT ME

Generally I am an energetic but laid back person (is this possible ??? LOL ) who is friendly and respectful. The past 7 years I have been living slightly different than what might be typical of our culture here in the U.S. --- I intentionally sold my home and quit my corporate job to spend time working for humanity thru volunteering.
Currently I am a co-farming at Hillside Farm in Media, PA

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in treating others as we ourselves desire to be treated. There is a deep respect for humankind and for our Earth which resonates from my core.

I can finally offer a place to stay to other couch surfers starting June, 2011. Woohoo !!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had a not so good experience on my way south a couple years back.....The host forgot I was coming and never answered their phone.I moved on from that area that night and slept in my car in a random campground.Finally I have a couch to offer others !!! woohoo !!

Interests

Backpacking, hiking, working out, caving, gardening, feeding homeless, sleeping under the stars, farming, goats and more goats. My 3 grandboys !!

True adventure stories as well as fantasy are the types of books I totally enjoy --- Documentaries.....true dramas movies.....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteered for 3 years in many states around the U.S and in Zambia.......realized I had lived my life 'in a box' and am grateful for all growth and experiences I have had (many more to come).
