ABOUT ME

My name is Meagan and I am a true northern Canadian Girl! I grew up in a small town to love the outdoors and adventure. I strive to live for every day and to learn as much as I can. I am very easy going, curious, somewhat spontaneous and very independent. I have always and only traveled alone, giving me the opportunity to learn new languages and culture and experience each place through the people I meet. If it were not for the money I would spend my life soaking it all in. Everyone has a story and I want to hear it!

PHILOSOPHY

Live life for each day, don't dread on the past or look to hard into the future. Be positive and accepting and you will open yourself up to the truest beauty in life.

I have yet to have one! Hoping for the best.

People and the outdoors. I am an avid camper, hiker, paddler, skier, snowshoe-er, mountain biker... The list goes on! In simpler terms I enjoy adventures. But more importantly I enjoy new experiences. If I am not out having an adventure you can typically find me playing board games with friends, painting, taking photographs, reading or traveling. I enjoy learning about; history, culture processes, skills, people and geography and science.

All styles of music depending on my mood. Folk and rock on any given day or for roadies! House and Electronic music for party moods. Even country sometimes if I'm spending time on a farm or camping.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I lived in Mexico for a year on a Rotary Exchange when I was 18, it was one of the most educational and fulfilling experiences of my life. I traveled with Light Up The World Foundation helping rural residence of the mountain regions in Costa Rica. I Spent 4 months backpacking in Europe, and close to 7 in Asia. Saying YES to every opportunity, has givin me so many amazing experiences with no regrets.
