My partner Josh and I are relocating in mid-late September 2019 from Australia to Marseille, France with a few days' stopover in London to start a new life in Marseille. This is Josh's CS profile:

We will be spending two nights in Vienna just before Christmas to see Christmas markets. If there are any CSers in Vienna who would like to meet up or even host us that would be great!

CURRENT MISSION

We are a young couple about to begin our dream of travelling around the world. We begin in London and then Marseille, France. The goal is to slowly make our way around the world over 2-5 years and we hope to use CS to get a richer experience everywhere we go, and make friends with people from all four corners of the world.

I like learning languages, food, socialising, creative writing, and maintain a minor addiction to tea. I've studied teaching English as a second language and would be more than happy to help you with your English!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My partner Josh and I have hosted quite a few guests over the past couple of years at our flat in Perth, Western Australia.

It's our turn to travel so we are hoping to meet locals everywhere we visit! We are clean and respectful guests and thankful to anyone who can host us and let us see their home city through a local's eyes.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've hosted a few backpackers which was a really interesting and fun experience, as well as met up with a few people for a meal or drink which was also very nice.

Josh and I have so many interests and love to try new things. Right now I've been learning how to throw clay on the wheel and from this ceramics has developed into a major interest of mine.

I have a pretty voracious appetite for books. Right now I'm reading the Game of Thrones series, as well as Stranger in a Strange Land (so yep, I love fantasy and sci-fi).

I'm super into languages and couchsurfing is obviously an awesome opportunity to learn more. I have also studied English teaching so would be more than happy to help you with English if you like. I also love food and cooking so maybe we could share meals from each other's countries. And definitely share some interesting conversations, I know there'll be plenty of those!
