Music, Movies, and Books

I have very wide ranging tastes. I love garage rock, rap, hip hop, indie and folk music. My favourite bands are always changing but some artists I always go back to are The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, The Kids, Ani Difranco, The Band, Bob Marley, CCR, Elvis, Fleetwood Mac, Hole, The Kinks, Misfits, Notorious B.IG., The Pixies, Queen, The Ramones, and The Sonics. I love documentaries. I also enjoy comedies, science fiction, and most other genres. Some movies of note are I Heart Huckabees, Oldboy, and The Royal Tenenbaums (or anything Wes Anderson). I love reading fiction and non fiction alike. I enjoy reading memoirs and books on travel. Some books I loved were A Complicated Kindness, Cat's Cradle, A House in the Sky and White Teeth.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Solo ‘round the world backpacking adventure. I also volunteer counsel clients considering abortion and birth control options.

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m learning photography and always on the lookout for a photo taking partner! I’m also interested in learning more about music, I just bought a ukulele, singalong anyone?
