Overview
About Me
I just started my first year of grad school as an occupational therapy student at the University of Missouri. I will graduate in May of 2016. After school I plan to work for an agency as a travel occupational therapist meaning they will relocate me every 3 months around the globe!
I am very close with my parents and my brother who is just two years younger.
I am laid back and easy going and get along with people easily. I am open-minded and always looking to try new things!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Well I am very new to Couchsurfing but have only heard great things! My friend and I are traveling Europe for 5 weeks this summer and I'd love to experience the unique cultures each country has to offer rather than just sticking to the main tourist attractions - So who better to share these experiences with than those that live there and know the area best! I also love meeting new people and Couchsurfing seems like an amazing way to do that! :)
Interests
Oh jeeze. This list could go on forever! Spending time with friends and family, playing and watching sports, concerts and festivals, being outside no matter what the weather, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, running, swimming, drawing, photography..
I love cooking almost as much as I love eating.
I enjoy working out and being healthy but don't let this fool you - I live by the motto "Every pizza is a personal pizza if you try hard enough"
I like being spontaneous and going with the flow rather than making plans

Music, Movies, and Books
Like I said, I'm pretty open-minded and honestly enjoy almost all types of music - just depends on my mood!
I don't watch many movies because I prefer to be active rather than sitting in front of a screen
As for reading, I haven't had much time to read anything other than my text books the past couple years but I actually really enjoy reading about fitness and nutrition.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
This past March I traveled to Guatemala to fit and provide wheelchairs for those that need but do not have access to them! This was by far the most incredible experience of my life and I am so grateful to have been granted that amazing opportunity.
