About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To explore the natural wonders of Canada
ABOUT ME
I am a passionate traveller and learner! I am very easy going and try to never say 'no' to a new experience. I am an excellent chef and enjoy cooking a lot. I am an environmentally conscious person and attempt to live in harmony with our natural world. I promise to be a fun, clean and respectful house guest.
PHILOSOPHY
My personal philosophy is to enjoy the journey as much as the destination. Although a difficult philosophy to maintain sometimes on long (uphill) treks, I always do my best to stop for a moment to soak everything in along the way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm still new here... but I would be happy to cook for my hosts! I'm pretty good, so if you're in need of a good meal. I will also be tidy and respectful of any house customs and expectations. Once I have a home base I will be sure to give back through hosting surfers.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I don't have very much couchsurfing experience, but my housemates and i did once host a couchsurfer (I guess couchsurfers don't come to Guelph very often). We had a great experience playing Settlers of Catan with him, and checking out Guelph's annual Organic Food Conference. We had a really great time and it definitely inspired me to try out couch surfing for myself.

While I was living in Ecuador, I climbed several volcanoes, most notably, Cotopaxi. The trek was breathtaking (both literally and figuratively) and I saw some of the most beautiful ice formations and mountain peaks in my life.
