About Me

Born in India, moved to US in 2014 to pursue doctoral studies at Georgia Tech. As a PhD student, I do not get a lot of free time, but I like to spend my leisure time in gym/swimming, hiking and exploring different foods!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to interact with people from all around the world.
What's better than sharing cross-cultural stories over a cup of tea/coffee in the morning! I feel couchsurfing is the easiest way to make friends and symbiotic connections all over the world, which hopefully last for a longer duration of time.

I like to learn new things, and explore stuff. I love to hangout with surfers and giving them a tour of best places around the city.

Interests

I like to play badminton. I love going outdoors, hiking, camping, or just contemplating by a serene beach. I think having a strong bond with nature is also important.

I spend a considerable amount of time on Internet learning new stuff or just TV series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I surprised my cousin on her wedding day. No one was expecting me at all (including my parents) as I was in the US with peak time of the semester, and the wedding was in India. I somehow managed to book the last minute flight, and traveled for 30 hrs, just to give her best wedding present.
